The Ordel Group Agency was founded by Libby Ordel in 1983 in Vancouver BC.
Beginning back then with just one major Canadian collection, the agency has expanded through the years to representing many assorted brands. The Ordel Group prides itself in supporting local and Canadian fashion, as well as coveted collections from around the world.
As a multi line agency, the Ordel Group represents an assortment of lines that feature casual lifestyle pieces to amazing wearable art within Western Canada.

After graduating from the Fashion merchandising program at Ryerson University in Toronto in 1977, Libby returned home to Vancouver to take on the world!
Assorted contracts and business ventures included teaching at Capilano College in the Retail Fashion program, coordinating Fashion Shows in the Lower Mainland, two years in Calgary acting as the Special Events Manager and Fashion Coordinator for Eatons Southern Alberta region, several football seasons managing events for the BC Lions Cheerleaders and developing and producing ‘Babies in the 80’s’ in 1984 & 1985.
At the same time in 1984, Libby discovered a collection on a visit to Toronto called Mary Rose - a one size fits all collection of tops, bottoms and dresses made entirely of T shirt fabrication. She started off representing this single brand and has added many throughout the past 37 years.
Libby grew The Ordel Group Agency to what it is today with the tremendous assistance of seasonal, part time and full time staff. In 2016 Libby was joined full time by her daughter Eryne (who has grown up along side the agency).
Libby has been happily married to her husband and support system Stephen for over 40 years. They reside in Vancouver and have 3 successful adult children - Eryne, Hayden and Corbin and 2 adorable Maltese dogs - Murphy and Dexter!!

After university Eryne dabbled in fashion, working wholesale and retail before landing herself at Best Buy head office in Vancouver. She spent 3 years opening stores, running events, and promotions for the Future Shop brand. Shortly after leaving she returned to fashion, and was appointed the PR & Marketing Manager for Mavi Jeans Canada. She spent 3 years building the brand back to a recognizable fashion and 'cool' brand. She even was able to secure a spot the cover on Time Magazine global in May 2013. Her time with Mavi took her to Turkey, various trips back east and finally landing her a 2 year move to Toronto. After her return from Toronto it was time to join her mother in the business. She was finally ready.

Since 2016 Eryne has worked along side her mother Libby, and numerous amazing seasonal staff.

Eryne lives in beautiful Mount Pleasant with her husband Matt, and their dog Noah.

Noah joined The Ordel Group in 2019. He was adopted for the third time in his short life. He was immediately put on the schedule and has not missed a single day of work since then. He mostly enjoys sleeping, saying hello, showing off his Doga, getting pets and treats from our amazing delivery drivers and occasionally barking at the Canada Post guy.
